Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using TowerMaze (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game. Your use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.

License

SezoGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or distribute the Game to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or trademarks on the Game.

In-App Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases for cosmetic items, premium features, or currency. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies. In-app purchases are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The terms of those platforms apply to all transactions.

Virtual Currency

The Game features "Ember coins" as virtual currency used within the Game. Ember coins:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or redeemed for cash.
• Are granted to you only for use within the Game.
• May be reset, revoked, or deactivated at our discretion for violations of these terms.
• Are provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranties or guarantees of availability.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Hack, cheat, exploit bugs, or use exploits to gain unfair advantages in the Game.
• Use unauthorized third-party tools, scripts, bots, or mods to modify gameplay.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Game code or assets.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or SezoGames staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or systems.
• Engage in fraud, phishing, or scams related to the Game.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Game.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, code, sounds, music, characters, designs, and other materials in TowerMaze are the exclusive property of SezoGames and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of this content outside the Game without our written permission.

Disclaimer

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEZOGAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• That the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or vulnerabilities.
• That the Game will meet your expectations or requirements.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEZOGAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or savings.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
• Personal injury or property damage.
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

This limitation applies even if SezoGames has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms & Service

SezoGames may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Account Termination

SezoGames may terminate your account and access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics.
• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Unauthorized access or use of the Game.
• Discontinuation of the Game or Game services.
