This Privacy Policy explains how SeZo Games ("we," "our," or "us"), the publisher of Tower Maze, processes information when you use the game on iOS or Android. Tower Maze is intended for players aged 13 and older.
We do not request precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, health data, or payment-card details.
We use service providers that process information on our behalf or under their own terms:
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process or share identifiers and ad activity for personalized advertising where permitted by law and by your consent or device settings. Providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply their own retention and security practices.
Tower Maze uses Google's User Messaging Platform where required to request and store advertising consent choices and to provide an in-game privacy-options entry point. Depending on your region and choices, AdMob may serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Declining personalized advertising does not remove ads.
On iOS, cross-app tracking and access to IDFA require your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, AdMob can still request ads without IDFA. You can review the permission later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can manage or reset the advertising ID and ad-personalization choices in your Google or device privacy settings. Where shown, you can reopen the consent form from Settings > Ad Consent inside the game.
On-device data remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game. When cloud features are enabled, account, profile, save, leaderboard, and referral data may be stored in Google Firebase. We retain cloud data while it is needed to provide these features, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Purchase and transaction records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Google, Apple, and Unity apply their own retention policies to information they process.
To delete local data, uninstall Tower Maze or clear its data in your device settings. To request deletion of cloud or account data, email oguzhansezgin.ie@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion and include your in-game nickname and referral code, if available, so we can locate the correct record. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except for information we must retain by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a response to a privacy request. You may exercise applicable rights by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Tower Maze is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not use the game. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
If you allow notifications, Tower Maze may schedule reminders for lives, daily activities, rewards, offers, or inactivity. These reminders are scheduled and generated on your device; their content is not sent to our servers. You can disable them in the game's Settings or in your device notification settings.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the date above, and provide additional notice in the game when appropriate.
For privacy questions, support, or data requests, contact SeZo Games at oguzhansezgin.ie@gmail.com or use the support contact on the game's store page.
